What is a one way drop taxi?
You book a taxi only for the trip from your pickup city to your drop city and pay for that direction, not a round trip.
What is included in the fare?
The fare covers the billable distance, driver allowance, GST, tolls and any permit fee for the route. The total is shown before you book.
Is there a minimum distance charge?
Yes. Trips are billed for a minimum number of kilometres, so very short routes are charged at the minimum.
How do I cancel a booking?
